Location: On the second sector balustrade on the south side of the so-called 'Lodge of the Empress'.
Material: Marble surface, 6th century.
Dimensions: Two-line inscription, 24 cm long in the first line, 17 cm in the second. The letters on the first line ranged in height from 0.6 cm (О₁,₂) to 2.3 cm (У), and on the second line from 0.7 cm (Ш) to 1.9 cm (У).
Condition: Shallow, worn; some letters barely legible.
Technique: Incised.
Language: Old Slavonic.
