Location: On the south side of the base of the northern candelabrum in the central part of the so-called 'Lodge of the Empress'.

Material: Green Thessalian marble 6th century.

Dimensions: Two-line inscription with a total height of 3 cm and a length of 22 cm. Its first line is 22 cm long, second line 20 cm long. The letters on the first line ranged in height from 0.7 (H₁, H₂) to 2 cm (Ꙁ). The height of the letters on the second line varies between 0.9 (О₅) and 1.6 cm (Ъ).

Condition: Lightly incised but clearly legible letters.

Technique: Incised.

Language: Old Slavonic.

Scripture: Cyrillic.
