Location: On the first support, to the right of door No. 57 in the eastern part of the southern gallery.

Material: Marble surface, 6th century.

Dimensions: Height 7 cm, length 16 cm, at 120 cm from the floor level.

Condition: Shallow, clearly carved, not intersected by others.

Technique: Incised.

Description: A medieval vessel viewed from its starboard side. It features an elongated, low hull with a slightly raised stern. Above it, a vertical line is visible, intersected by a short diagonal with two curves above it. The sternpost is sharply and vertically truncated. The stem is sharply raked forward relative to the keel and transitions into a very long bowsprit with a short horizontal notch. A line runs along the entire length of the hull. A rudder and rigging are not indicated.

Type: B/III.

Attribution: Ottoman ketch called şayka (shāyqa or chaika).
